you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service

a. All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, User Submissions, Feedback and software (all of the foregoing, the “Content”), are the property of Coolhows or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any Content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
6. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause and without notice.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Coolhows be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulation.
